LOL!!don't worry i think every asian kid experiences this:p
haha no.

i'm filipino and if there was any pressure on my brother he would have got over 60 UAI.

i'd like at the very least 96-98, but that's just me needing some immense academic validation. it'll probably end up 90-94.

I know some people from your school and 96.5 is not a very realistic aim.

The dux of our school last year was 91. And i know the dux of your school was about 97 in 2007.

So unless you are dux atm or intend to be you should probably be very happy with 90+.

I'd be happy with 90+ as well :D
I dont think you can really say that.

Every year group has different abilities, ie some are a lot smarter than others, plus alignment, scaling etc changes every year.

lol generalising about people because of their school is pretty stupid....

i'd be happy with anywhere 95+, but i would only be truly content if I got 99+

By the looks of things, some of you need a punch in the face + some perspective.

I'd be happy to give you both...

(In saying that, I'm probably just jealous)

Personally, 80 would suffice; I don't even need that high a UAI, it'd just provide me with bragging rights/academic validation, etc.

yeah. I'm the same. I only need about 70 - 80 for what I want to do, but I'd still love that really high one.

when this thread was begun what was the aim???

what would be gained from reading others wax lyrical about their talents and impending high marks, when a uai is a mere representation of being able to jump through hoops.

shouldn't everyone write 100 anyway. i won't get anywhere near that but i would be content/happy to get it.
