i have unexpectadly had an tragic (personal) thing happen in my life. And it might mean i go overseas for a while.

but exams are coming up..
what should I do!?!?

(would it affect me?)

You should try telling the principal or head teacher about this. If your exams are coming up you should be able to do it at a later time providing evidence. Remember, it's only Year 11. Just make sure you catch up afterwards. Sorry to hear your situation.

I'm sorry to hear that D: I'm sure it will be fine if you discussed it with your teachers and principal. Might help to bring a parent or guardian with you or get them to write a note. The school can reschedule it for you and you can take them when you get back.
