not the super long ones, but the 10-20 min ones that you take when your brain is fried to the core and you simply cannot concentrate on any more work. what's the best way to effectively rejuvenate and remotivate yourself?

Take a walk(you'd be surprised at the wonders fresh air does for your body), read a book, listen to music, meditate or just tip back your head and close your eyes(jk with the amount of grinding you're surely doing, you'll fall asleep in a second)

But yh the point is just basically do anything that takes your eyes off your screen and/or paper/notes and makes u feel relaxed.
