There were three available

Int Criminal Court (a bit extreme for this case)

Extradition

Or Punish here, that was actually a strength I used for C, the fact we have retified these offences in our domestic law, ready for sanctions.

Legal measures, I put extradition or dealing with it through the domestic law. It said legal measures in dealing with international crime, not international legal measures.

3 types of crime easy - credit card fraud, child porn, drug possession
2 legal measures- seizure of assets and monies since its a drug trafficking, extradition
8 mark q - had to talk about extradition, international treaties allowing coopearation, ineffectiveness of access to international legal systems, ineffectives of enforcing internal crime and law in general

Yeah i luckily remember the wonderland club as i was thinking what i could write about international crime. I also used the skase case.
for the types of crime i specified like
Crimes againat the person - assult
Economic offence - Crime againt property - LArceny
Drug offences - Possession and traffiking

Damn why did they have to pick international crime ??? :(

Yeah same, i said the general name like "crimes against the person" and THEN the specific crime too, cos i didnt know which they wanted. And i REALLY needed the marks cos i fucked up the rest of crime.

it was a three mark question, they wanted 3 types of crime present in the scenario. I wrote offences against persons, economic offences and offences against the international community'. You were just wasting time if you wrote anymore.

yeah i did the types of crime as crimes against the person etc etc, cos if u look under the syllabus, they r the types of crime.
screw the crime essay ay.
my teacher sed extradition etc isnt one, cos the question related to domestic measures. It was a shitty question cos nothing we got asked related 2 the syllabus. all it depended on was how well u can bullshit ur way thru an exam.
