What subjects to choose? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, I'm looking for 1-2 subjects that would be easy and not too difficult.

I'm not trying to go to uni and become a doctor or a dentist.. so on..

I'm trying to join the army (which i could with a year 10 cert) but i rather have my HSC for more job options.
The subjects I've chosen are..

Ancient history
Modern history
normal maths
English

I have to pick another 2 more... now im not trying to aim for a high ATAR or mark.. all i want is passes and just a subject where it isn't to confusing because im not that smart...I decided to go all hardcore and have no social life so, im doing preliminary HSC and HSC in 7months time.. i wanted to do history extension but that's in HSC year (in 6 weeks for me)

The subjects that i have to choose from are...

English standard, English studies, English advanced, general maths, maths, information processes and technology, biology, chemistry, physics, senior science, business studies, geography, legal studies, society and culture, fundamental of English.

I'm doing this at TAFE.

Okay if you really really really want to do something that's easy, do fundamentals of English. But I'm sure you're smart enough to do Standard.

I can't tell you what to decide but I will just tell you which subjects are pretty easy: english standard/esl/fundamentals, senior science, society and culture, business, geo.

you know how english is compulsory, if i did standard english would that be my only english subject or would i have 2 subjects on english? What i mean is do they stack?

If your looking to join the army, perhaps something like PDHPE or Senior Science would be useful. But PDHPE's not on your list so maybe a computer subject. Not sure if senior science would be too hard for you though if you want something really easy.

Maybe pick science subject/s e.g. chemistry or physics to balance out the humanities?
Just a thought.
