I never claimed they are like 12 year old girls....
All I meant, is they are not as strong as powelifting, so aka, if two people were training identical times, one for strength, another for muslce, obviously the one training for strength would be stronger, alas the bodybuilder would not be as strong.

And I don't understand YOUR point....

My point is that bodybuilders are, or at least can be, strong.

Pretty simple really.

All you have said is that someone who trains specifically for strength will be stronger than someone that does not. I don't disagree with that.

The way you put it, calling bodybuilders noobs and weak or whatever, is what annoyed me.

Starcraftmaster please stop embarrassing yourself.

You have had no point at all in posting except to seemingly stroke your overinflated ego. You are making gross generalizations that make you come across as someone who has read a few internet articles, been working out for a bit and now thinks you are really really cool.

HSC motivates me to exercise at the moment  Because going to the gym is a good use of my time and its way better than doing study, so when i have nothing to do but study or go to the gym, gym always wins!

bodybuilding- they enjoy it, they crave fitness, they feel comfort in knowing they have man boobs and the women have tight, tight tits, and they dont jiggle.

ond obese people- they can also eat their way out of depression, it's got them there so far.

lol- gym=hot people therefore if your not hot you
ll never get a chance with them.. soo get fit, get hot, yey for motivation.

Not wanting to get fat. I know fat is a looooong way away, but I want to keep it there.

Plus it feels nice after you work out.

Also there are some smoking hotties at my gym haha.

'being fat' is shit motivation. focus on the positive, the results you get should be your motivation, it feels so good you don't want to stop.

going from fat to skinny is awesome feeling therefore. "being fat"is great motivation because you think of all the shit times when you were fat.
