mod 4 concepts (enthalpy, entropy and gibbs free energy, though not hess' law) and collision theory/rate of reaction from mod 3 for mod 5. mod 6 expands on the basics of acid and base reactions that you learned in mod 3. mod 2 in terms of mole calculations you should know already by heart. mod 1 and electrochemistry/reactivity of metals isn't touched upon in y12. mod 7 and mod 8 don't have any y11 concepts carried on (though in mod 8 you revisit the flame test you should have done in mod 1).
