at least the z4 is relatively affordable.

I'm not to sure about importing but i think some legislation stops you from just purchasing a new car and importing it. I think you have to keep the car in the country for a period of at least a year, and also have residency in the country so its a bitch. This is from what i have heard, not 100% sure though.

omfg yes....i never get sick of looking at that car.

I reckon if i was going to get a new second hand car, i'd probably get something like a Lexus IS-F cause they are actually kinda cheap compared to a M3 or C63 and they have the best sound.

There was a black LWB Combi getting around Byron Bay for a while. He'd managed to chuck a Porche boxer engine in the thing and lowered it on professional racing springs.

I saw one earlier in the year at Railway square - heard it first and could tell straight away! They are really nice, grown on me recently - never used to understand why you'd bother getting one over a 430 or 458.

As for dream car, possibly a Maserati Gran Turismo S but i do like F40s... I think in terms of dreaming i'd actually rather something like a nicely modified classic 911 or 240z.

Yes I have seen quite a few photos of it, one of my favourite Z's. Seen Wangan Midnight? pretty awesome story line with Devil Z and Blackbird.
