I'm beginning to realise my hand writing is hard to read but then i got the thought maybe its my style, if there is a really a fast and effective cursive style that i don't know about.

Hold your pen looser. Also practice - you will get faster.

One of my friends sticky tapes batteries around his pencil/pens so his wrist gets stronger therefore he writes faster you could try that?

i tried that and all it ever did was screw up my already bad writing. OP i wouldnt recommend it because i was in a similar situation and that just failed me horribly

It does make your pen feel lighter but in terms of results, it wasn't that helpful (for me anyway)
