my course, paramedicine, is not eligible for early offer program, does that mean the subject bonus points and rural points dont apply for this subject?? if not what does it mean?!??

No. It means that it can't be offered as an early offer. Bonus points and all that are still applicable from my understanding.

If you have a uws course as no. 1 and your atar makes the cut off then you get it

You still get the subject and rural bonus points I believe.. but double check the website to be safe. Anyways, usually the courses with higher cut-offs or are competitive don't have early entry
