That's the CUTOFF I think a relationship should come first but it doesn't always and that's okay too.
And I don't care if someone has their first committed relationship at 24 but it's unsettling to know a 21 year old virgin. It feels like no one was attracted to them enough to fuck them. Like they don't appeal to anyone at all. Whereas, relationship can mean they weren't ready, were going through shit, etc.
