Breakfast: Cheese Sandwich

Lunch: Tried Oporto for the first time after watching Interstellar, and I had a chicken wrap

Dinner: My mum made this nacho thing (Some random recipe she got from a friend), but it tasted heaps good

Pasta, Up and Go, Banananananana, about 100 g of chicken, about 200 g of bread, about 100 g of couscous, about 150 g of cooked mince meat.

shredded chicken/lettuce/avocado/tomato sandwich on wholemeal bread
50g of cashews

After gym:

Trying to eat more regularly now, will be trying to eat 6 times a day soon
