didn't end up eating that healthy lol (nachos and cake and ice cream wat up)
would've eaten better ironically if i just stuck to my normal stuff

the more i focus on eating a certain way be it healthy/nothing at all/no carbs/no solids/specific calories
the more i lose it and end up eating shit tonnes overall for whatever reason
