Went for a drive to Kiama with some mates for fish and chips.

Nothing will beat the fish & chips from The Boathouse at Palm Beach.

I omnomnom real hard whenever I'm there.

That box suggests they are overpriced and probably average. Beat ones come wrapped in newspaper.

needs more protein and healthy fats bro (nuts olive oil fatty fish peanut butter etc)

chuck 2 eggs on your toast at breakfast and avocado is da best to have instead of butter with some chilli flakes or cracked pepper
wholemeal bread v good
make rice brown rice if you don't mind it (or even cous cous. there are some baller recipes for orange cous cous with pumpkin and delicious things in it just google idk)

breakfast: low fat/no sugar bran muffin with fat free greek yogurt, protein shake, 2 lychees
mt: 5 lychees, bran muffin
lunch: brown rice, 3 boiled egg whites, capsicum, asparagus
a/t: protein shake, 5 lychees
dinner will be the same as lunch
dessert will be either green apple + natural yogurt or frozen raspberries + natural yogurt

natural peanut butter is fine duh

he's not going to cut out carbs, he said he'd rather die or something, so there's no point telling him to not eat carbs.

that is fine for a normal person trying to lose weight.

brown rice + spoonful of natural peanut butter mixed in is the shit. no extra seasoning needed.

edit: crunchy natural peanut butter for optimal texture
