i woke up and went to the beach and did some yoga wew

then i had a soy chai latte and a banana
now i am at work and i had a protein shake

a bit more well-rounded today. less protein, plenty of complex carbs. woke up at midday so i had to cram all my food into about 10 hours X(

espresso, no sugar
3 eggs
3 slices wholemeal toast
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 mango
1 nectarine
170g mango yoghurt
handful of mixed almonds/pistachios
200g brown rice
150g chicken breast
100g broccoli
100g green beans + snow peas
spoonful of natural peanut butter
150g pineapple
80g mixed berries
handful of mixed almonds/pistachios
200g scotch fillet
100g green beans
100g broccoli
a WHOLE carrot ;)
60g whey protein w/ 240ml almond milk (will have this in about an hour)

and yeah plenty of water, 2L at least.
Holy crap how do you fit that much in!? Do you spend the entire day eating?

today i had:

chicken and avocado sammich on brown bread
froyo
my mum gave me two rolls and ice cream but my brother was mean to me so in the bin they went.

"you cleaned off the plate, you must be really hungry, let me get you some ice cream" lol

Holy crap how do you fit that much in!? Do you spend the entire day eating?
i find that i only get that sensation of feeling full when I eat oily or fatty foods (like last night's christmas eve dinner... mmmmm...). with healthy/unprocessed foods, i can eat a plateful and still feel hungry afterwards.

breakfast: banana, cup of rice milk
lunch: 5 garlic praws, 4 fresh prawns, pumpkin and chickpea salad, greek salad, 2 small pieces of chicken
lunch dessert: bite sized bit of pecan pie, brownie, custard tart, raspberry and almond meal tart
2 cups of tea
another cup of rice mlk

breakfast: low fat, no added sugar bran muffin (home made) with a dollop of natural yogurt, protein shake
morning tea: green apple + natural yogurt
lunch: brown rice with red and yellow capsicum, zucchini, asparagus (lol) and firm tofu
