I had a shit day in terms of food.

Reheated pizza for lunch (didn't wake up 'till then). KFC for dinner. Such crap, I feel disgusting. I want to eat what SP had today!

Maybe minus the plethora of spinach though, it's alright, but not that often.

You crazy. Baby spinach leaves are the best of all the leafy green vegetables.

So far today:

Chinese Fried rice and few spoons of Persian borani (like tzatziki but replace the cucumber with spinach)
3 sao biscuits with cheese
3 mini chocolates from the box of favorites..... Damn Xmas -_-

And lotsa the best drink in the world... water =D

best thread ever.

breakfast: cheese tomato salt pepper butter sandwich on multigrain bread.
lunch: rice with potato and salad and yoghurt.
dinner: mcchicken burger with 1/3 of a large chips.

It is beyond me how you can eat so much mcdonalds and crap and be a healthy weight. Although your arteries probably aren't healthy :/

2 packets of mi goreng noodles + coke zero

Very unhealthy day for me :/
