lol yoddle has already pointed out that my diet is utterly terrible. :apig:

Woolies had some CC's a few weeks ago in big packs, but I haven't seen them since.

I will post what I've eaten today when I've eaten something worth posting.

today:

black coffee and oats!

pump class, protein drink

lunch- salad

mixed veggies with sardines

nuts then work

a little bit of veggies

attack class

a bit of vegetables and pasta.

and water in between

breakfast: nutella sandwich, glass of water.

lunch: rice with curried leauxmb, water to drink.

dinner: spaghetti with beef mince bolognese and a teaspoon of pesto (to try it out) and a few pieces of sun dried tomato soaked in olive oil (or something), water to drink.

2 'favourites' chocolates, caramel chocolate and cherry ripe (the last one :D).

I can't even remember, apart from a burger at school + vitawheets and a juice.

Breakfast: ricotta and honey on toast

Lunch: pork marinated in oil and oregano with a salad. EDIT: Also some sushi, rice and soy sauce.

Will have:

Dinner: miso ramen Soup

Other: nectarine, plum, 2 Brownies, water, nut bar, cashew nuts.

just ate lunch: curried meat balls with rice, and home made yoghurt chutney (yoghurt with coriander/mint/chilli/lemon juice)

Btw guise yesterday I had a chicken caesar sandwich (roast chicken, and minimal sauce, cheese etc), a cheese & spinach roll, and a bottle or two of Coke Zero.
/food.

breakfast: tub of full-fat vanilla yoghurt + handful of grapes + muesli bar

morning tea: more muesli bar

lunch: subway (chicken + salad with honey mustard sauce on multigrain) with coke zero

that's it so far

Well at least now I know I eat more than I intend to in a day via snacking lol. Those cashews were not part of the plan yet I snacked. Lol. Overall not such a bad day though.

breakfast: nutella sandwich (well.. the cheap aldi equivalent), milk+milo.

lunch: double fillet bondi burger meal with chilli (with chips and can of lift), chilli rappsnacker.

dinner: 3 slices of toast, scrambled eggs and potato.
