Breakfast:
McDonald's: x 2 Bacon and Egg McMuffin, x 6 hash browns

Lunch:
Very oily chicken and potato curry

Dinner:
Most likely the same curry unless I find some other stuff

I have eaten:

cereal in milk, cereal bar and kebab (with chicken in it) for morning

roasted chicken, 10 mandarins for lunch

boiled chicken, 5 chocolate cookies, cheese, yoghurt bar,

I ate tonnes of other things before & after my exercise.

My appetite has gone up like wooah... I normally do not each much at all, I'm more of a light grazer who eats pretty much nothing all day and then eats dinner. Lately it's been more a case of eating all day and then eating dinner and then eating some more. I'm gonna get fat. I blame the pill.

mm 350g steak with red wine jus and a baked potatoe

half a chocolate cake - no shit half the fucking cake.

cup of tea
strawberries
tub of yoghurt
some more cake
milk drank from the bottle

and like 5 cigs or something throughout the night
