Strawberry frozen yogurt on a stick
GYM (lots of water)
Some nuts (unsalted cashews, brazil nuts and almonds)
Pork chop w/ mash, peas, beans and gravy
Huge bowl of awesome chocolate icecream

I'm considering more icecream before bed.
