Bunch of drugs (antibiotics x3, telfast, claratyne, nurofen plus x2, rikodeine x2).

I can't wait until my cough goes away and I can get back to the gym. I was going to do the city to surf tomorrow but I'm pretty weak after spending last week entirely in bed. Maybe next year.

sorry this isn't what I had today but I think I'm doing well to live on such tight budget.

I quit my job then my appendix burst the next day along with my poor saving skills and rentsmart commitments which are direct debited. I left myself very short of money.

I had $20 for food for a month. I have made hearty soup from the below ingredients.

$1.50 for two bags chicken carcass
$2.00 for ox heart (about 1/2kg) (I made sure to trim all fat)
$9.00 broccoli, 4 carrots, 4 onions, half celery, 5kg spuds
$2.00 1ltr Gravox beef stock (out of date)
$2.00 1ltr V8 juice (out of date)
I had some frozen mixed winter veg in freezer
In cupboard I had:
keens curry powder
fish sauce
soy
coriander
paprika
cumin
salt
dried rosemary
chilli powder
lowans rolled oats
half cup rice

I was silly and bought coffee, milk and sugar. (from bargain shop)

I will make damper from 1 1/2 kg flour
I only used half the spuds
I still have plenty of rolled oats

I feel I am eating better than I did when I was earning $600.00 weekly and living on take away. (probably eating better than 90% of the worlds population)
