today I've had:
2L of diet coke

2 burritos (it was free burrito day)
1 had: spicy chicken, rice, beans, salsa, cheese
1 had: slow cooked pork, salsa, guac, sour cream (omg)
1.25L of lite ice tea
plate of broccoli

30 mintues of cardio
