okay in order to save money and also for fun I've been eating a lot of carbs for the past week. Rice, bread, a lot of pasta.

Three things:

1. I'm noticeably hungrier than usual. I don't normally get hungry between meals (5-6 hours), but for the past week I've been needing to eat every few hours.

2. I have been farting absolutely non-stop. One effect of a low-carb diet which I hadn't really noticed was much less flatulence, though I swear it was never this bad. Weird.

3. 30-60 minutes after I eat I get this sweet sort of taste in my mouth in my mouth.

What a dumb macro-nutirent.

i don't think flatulence is caused by the carbs rather the change in diet

I don't have any scales, but looking at/feeling my stomach, maybe a little bit. But quite possibly none.

I'm drinking a chai latte at the moment but now I'm craving for a red ginseng latte.

Heaven.
