yeah it does because I go to the (queen vic) market

2kg (free range) chicken - $14

grass-fed lamb - $9/kg

Grass-fed porterhouse steak - $11/kg

2kg grass-fed beef mince - $10

pumpkin - $1/kg

2 dozen free range eggs - $6


its ridiculous

and better than supermarket stuff as well

I'm going pretty low carb until ~july:
1: 4 eggs, piece or burgen bread
2: green apple, peanut butter
3: salmon and greens of basa fillet and greens and almonds
4: yogurt and berries and almonds
5: same as 3, but i'm gonna try and make sure i eat red meat once a week
6: post workout shake
then a tsp natural peanut butter before bed if i'm hungry

if you have a market near you try finding a place that sells grass-fed beef

its much healthier
, more likely to be anti-biotic free, probably wasier for you to stomach, better for the environment and more humane

that's why I don't really eat red meat, as well. I just buy free range/organic salmon and white fish.

ok so you're saying that if i don't eat carbs I can drink ~1 bottle of red wine a week and I'll still be able to lose body fat if I keep training

i love wine.

no, a week. might have a glass a couple of nights a week with dinner
have to be careful when i drink because i still have my green P's and a couple of nights a week i go to the gym after dinner

tastes like fucking tasty cheese

serves me right for cutting corners on my cheese budget
