lunch: 1/2 punnet blueberries, 1/2 punnet blackberries, 100g jalna natural yoghurt. protein shake
dinner: kangaroo mince patty, lettuce, a couple of bites of a chicken skewer, tea
lost me appetite, a bit. idk why.you arent eating a real lot either tbh where is all the proteinnnn
