Fruit is mostly water.

Ignoring that, some of them have more fibre than actual carbs. Really depends on the fruit.

Oranges: Carbs > Fibre

Chilli: Fibre > Carbs

I recently discovered the joys of canned chicken.

Breakfast: 4 handfuls of Corn Flakes and skim milk

Lunch: Pork roll, some rice noodle wrap thing (don't know how to describe it, not like a rice paper roll, its very wet and flimsy) , bottle of sarsaparilla and pepsi max

Dinner: Chillii basil chicken hokkien noodles + green curry.

YESSSSSS. i think heinz came out with canned chicken breast last year. like them better than canned tuna.
Awesome idea.

Though I would prefer they make the cans a bit larger. A tiny tuna-can size isn't enough for a sandwich!
