breakfast: the usual.
lunch: nandos flame grilled chicken capsicum onion skewer, chips, lemonade, about a teaspoon of extra extra hot nandos sauce that had quite a delayed reaction burning effect.
dinner: rice, lentils, yogurt.
snack: handfull of lightly salted cashews.

My eyes are bleeding with jealousy. I might buy some cake from Aldi later (although they will probably be gross).

I can't eat omlettes anymore they are gross. Whcih means my only standard lunch is some kind of flavoured fish. Need something else...
