breakfast: toast with nutella and honey, mocha.
lunch: grilled chicken burrito, half a large nandos periperi chips (shared with gf), bottle of water, half a choc chip mousse from nandos (shared with gf).
dinner: bread with beef mince and green beans, 3 spinach and ricotta pastry triangles.
today:
breakfast: same as yesterday.
lunch: slice each of bbq chicken pizza and margharita pizza, choc chip mousse, bottle of water.
dinner: some pastry with beef mince and green beans, tomato sauce, 4 spinach and ricotta pastry triangles.
lunch for the 2 days earleir were large quarterpounder meals and 6 mcnuggets.
