arrgh... macca's brekkie roll for breakfast + small OJ again!!!!!!

had the worst diet ever yesterday lol

breakfast: vegemite sandwich, milk+milo.

lunch: pasta with vege's (tomato, sundried tomato, cucumber, onion), burger (round margarined bun, 2 beef mince patties, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, tomato sauce), some bbq'd chicken tikka pieces with mint/coriander yoghurt, a slice of carrot cake with sultanas, and cream cheese icing, a slice of strawberry pie with 2 scoops of ice cream.

I just had a a steak sandwich with tender steak, plenty of mustard, lettuce, an egg, bacon, cheese and tomato. It was so tall.

I've eaten so much today. I stayed home and basically lazed around, ate and watched Veronica Mars, Buffy and Gilmore Girls.

Anyway, back to the food:

This morning I have had muesli with lactose free milk and a mocha on the way to work (but it is way too chocolatey and now I feel sick).
