You all have terrible diets. I am the winner of this thread.

Hey, my soup I just ate? Was like... a whole day worth of food in one!
And it was good foods too!
My diet was adequate :)

usually, i eat good food. like fruit and whole grains etc.. but you can't eat if your just not hungry right?

early morning: 1 egg omelette with 2 slices of toast, a few glasses of water.

just then: a dish with mixed cut up fruit (banana, orange, apple, pear, strawberry, some passionfruit), 3 potato samosa's with a spicy mint/coriander/chilli sauce yoghurt chutney.

will eat some rice with spinach and beef mince later on, then some ice cream and/or chocolate cake even more later on.

I eat okay, sometimes i eat far too little and sometimes i eat far too much.

scrambled tofu, black coffee, green tea. sundried tomato, capsicum and eggplant on lebanese bread, green tea, ethiopian kidney beans and vegies.

big bowl of salad for dinner just then
couple of chocolate biscuits

This is pretty good for me...I try to eat well but it doesn't happen as much as I would like

too cold for ice cream, so i had 2 triangles of fruit and nut toblerone.

tuna carpaccio, whiting fritter, grilled calamari, zucchini flower, prawn in tomato sauce idk
very small servings of gorgonzola gnocchi + risotto
2 slices of pizza + bit of rocket and parmesan salad
chocolate souffle!

Oh, and I ate like half a pack (~12) sticks of Nicotinelli fruit 4mg gum.
Was awful.
Smoked most of a pack to get the taste away!
