I've been so good in the past 2 weeks (I can no longer eat whatever the fuck I want, and not put on weight ) but I had a shitty day today and ate:
Breakfast: Bowl of Weet-bix
Lunch: Avocado on toast
Afternoon tea before nap: Hokey pokey icecream in a waffle cone
Afternoon tea after nap: Salt & Vinegar Chips
Afternoon mindless eating: Pizza slice from the fridge
Having a roast for dinner
and then going into the city for cupcakes
