'Your son is dead' prank caller in court

The story is basically this: Some guy loaned his phone to a kid so the kid could call his parents. After the phone call, the man, who was drunk, redialed the number and told the boy's father than his son was dead.

He has been charged. The article doesn't say what with.

Any ideas?

It'd be interesting to know.

Oh, and this is Britain, not Australia.

And how r we supposed to know law from Britain? Probably could be sued for emotional and mental damage.

No idea about what it is, because it's British law.

Which in many places is fucked up. They only just abolished blasphemy laws last year.

when you use someones phone to call msg or whatever, always delete it from the registry or outbox or whatever..

thats all there is to say.
