If the hsc said to select a menu. one entree main and dessert what would you choose?
specify if its for a formal restaurnt, or a specific type of menu..
I am always hopeless at choosing

Garden salad with balsamic viniagrette
prawn cocktail with tartare sauce
grilled chicken kebabs with rice
homemade pavlova with fresh strawberries and cream.

its for a formal manu

lol .. we had this question for the long response in the trial
Outline a menu for a formal three course meal. I said ... pumkin soup with bread ... salmon on a bed of green vegetables and roast potatoes with hollandaise sauce ... and a chocolate mousse with honeycomb and strawberrys... but more embellished
My teacher said it was important to to use words that relly describe ur food, rather then just sayin its just "bread" say freshly baked wholegrain bread with crushed polenta...that kinda thing, it helped me heaps with my trials. lol sorry for the long reply
