5 push ups and 40 mins worth of walking inside school grounds then i ate regular bacon deluxe meal and a pie at school for lunch.

bodypump class today. over this week was 2 attacks and one bodybalance. WILL be back to normal next week:guitar:

2 weeks actually

i first started with a split routine (hammer strength machines + core compounds) for about 2 months. regretting it :/
Oh okay nice.

Yeah I'm probs gonna start SS soon. Weights program at my school is entirely isolation exercises (except for bench press of course lol) with like no compound movements or leg work..

Should've phrased it better - weights program WITH my school at local gym, we're too pov to have an actual gym at the school lol.

But yeah the gym does. So it's wierd that they only do isolation work.. probably just to feed the needs of the kids who wanna just work arms and chest and say they do weights I guess.

2 warm up sets + 3x5 military press
2 warm up sets + 3x5 back squats
2 warm up sets + 3x5 bent rows
3x10 weighted dips
3x10 calf raises.

I'm thinking of giving this a go with a few variations, probably on a ABA / BAB cycle:

3x5 overhead presses, 42.5kg
3x5 bent over rows, 60kg
3x12 bicep curls
3x10 lateral pulldowns (can only do like 2 pullups :()

no rest in between, unless u count 10 seconds of "damn that was tiring"

walked 2km to the station because i missed my bus.

unigym.
4 sets of inclined bench (4 sets, 50kg x10, 65x10, 70x10 or 8, cant remember, 70x5)
dumbell press (2 sets, 15kg x10, 17.5kg x10)
chest flys (12kg, 3 sets of 7)
tricep pulldown (alternating weight, cant remember)
bicep curl on ezbar (20kg, 2 or 3 sets of around 10 or so)

hello i am dead atm.
