Haven't done any weights yet.
I tried out the weights the first time I went to the gym a month or so ago. Tried out the different weight machine things.
Did one of them set at 5kgs and my calves and thighs killed for the week. :/
Funniest thing is going to the gym with school, and watching 15+ 16yr old boys 'workout'. Then you see terrible form.i just did a bodypump class jesus christ some people have *terrible* form on *everything*
