it means that UWS hasnt enroled you fully, they are processing your forms and shit.
it may take you like a week for them to finish the processing...

Either they haven't processed you completely or you haven't met any pre-requisites.
woohoo!! ~mine say enrolled now!~ all except the last one for spring. But 7 out of 8 isnt too bad. Im a bit happier now. All they need to do now is fix up the last one and all will be good. Then i have to be quick at tut reg so i can get all the times i want. Then ill be happy.~
