What do you guys think of the current and upcoming P plate rules (1 Viewer)

Heard on the daily telegraph that P1 drivers are gonna be having curfews on friday and saturday nights. Any comments?

Curfews should apply to all drivers at night. Public transport should be extended (with more security added). This would reduce both the road toll and crime.

its a fairly dumb system but its something new p platers have to deal with

it does make sense how banning them from driving = fewer accidents

but banning people from driving altogether = no accidents

There is not evidence to prove that P plater deaths rise on weekends.

All this is going to do is force P platers to quit delivery jobs, make them catch P transport to and from uni/work and fucking piss off country/rural kids.
