Spatial Dimension - Forth Dimension
Spatial Inequality - Crammed up places? Like Sydney (not evenly spread out)
Ecological Dimension - No idea

Demographic changes
-increased life expectancy, an aging population, retirement of the baby boomers, more immigrants, changes in the ethnic make-up, and generational diversity.

The only you would probably need to know is demographic changes, well basically the word demograpic.

Spatial Dimension: describes where things are and why they are there

Ecological dimension: Describes realtionship between humans and the environment and the effect they have on each other

Um, I can't remember what spatial inequality and demographic changes mean at the moment.

The only one left, it seems, is demographic changes.
That's like changes in birth rate, age structure of the population etc... I think :)

Yup, we got them all now :)
Summary:

Spatial Dimension: Where things are and why they are there

Spacial Inequality: The socio-economic variations within the spatial dimension

Ecological Dimension: Relationship between people and their physical environment and the ecological impacts of this

Demographic changes: Changes in birth rate, age structure, net migration, life expectancy, etc.
