I'm currently in Year 11, and feel as though there is no point of studying because I don't have a ATAR or uni course to strive towards.
I'm really interested and plan to make a career in a investments/entrepreneurship type of field, in particular something related to property and real estate.
So what course would fit this?

I'd suggest studying and aiming for an ATAR as high as possible as it will allow you to unlock more opportunities and give you more freedom to choose courses. Even if you don't know now, it's better not to restrict your options.

Commerce or business for sure! Then come up with a major later. It's a good idea to aim high when you are unsure of what you want to do as suica said.

Thanks for the advice, Business seems like the most logical choice, but for future reference what are some good property/real estate courses.
