I'm so F***ed for the HSC that the last thing I need is bad luck, so i'm not cutting my hair till its over. It's better than wearing the same pair of undies for two and a half months.

Your brain will be sweating under all that hair, eventually overheating and causing you to think slower.

Harness the Chi.

Know your shakras.

The importance of breathing should not be underestimated.

(all from my "Meditation for Dummies" book).

hmmmm actually I haven't cut my hair since the start of this year.... and I'm not doing it out of superstition....

if u're really superstitious, you should eat the same food, sit at the same spot, do the same things in a day, etc etc....

nah just to piss off superstitious freinds.

but i like to make up fake superstitions and then convince superstitious freinds they're real.

omg - i can't cut my hair either! i am sooo desperately i need of a new style but i can't change anything, just in case!

i also have to wear my special good luck rugrats watch for every exam and assessment - my little brother lent it to me for good luck when i sat the school certificate and i've had it every since :)

i also have to eat the same breakfast on exam mornings and i have to have a packet of red frogs b4/during the exam for brain food :)

but my lucky pen ran out last week!!! what am i going to do!!!???!!!

My frind had a lucky small porcelain statue that he always took into exams. Just as we were starting one he knocked it onto the ground and smashed it. Aint that just the best luck you could get for an exam.

bugger luck.

you end up putting too much faith in some little thingy and then one day you'll either forget it and freak out, or take it and stuff up anyway, hence losing faith in said thingy...
