given p=3+4i find the complex number q so that triangle OPQ is an isosceles right angled triangle.

you can crate your own diagram using the above information.

There are two possibilities for this.

Multiply 3+4i by i, for a 90 degree anticlockwise rotation. Multiply by -i for a 90 degree anticlockwise rotation.

q can be -4+3i or 4-3i

there are 6 possibilities


q = ip
q = -ip
q = (1+i)p
q = (1-i)p
q = p/(1+i)
q = p/(1-i)
