UWS vs MQ (1 Viewer)

There's an urban planning course at both UWS & MQ. MQ = bachelor of planning. UWS = social science/master of urban planning & managament

I called the planning institute of Australia, they said they both give the same qualifications

So my question is, which uni is better, in terms of social life, environment, quality, etc

Why do people speak like this? UWS can't be that bad. I went to their open days and from what I saw they looked just as good if not better than some of the ones located in the city!
