actually if you fail the readiness test you have to do the basic stuff first...for example instead of maths mod 1 you have to do basic maths. After the semester you have to re take the test again (i think) to see if you actually learned something...i dno if this is for current students only, but i read this from the site. "Students who are unsuccessful in the Readiness Survey (Diagnostic test) may resit the survey the following semester."
