building looks like a toilet block. but otherwise, it has good business and law faculties.

Have you ever been inside?

Its pretty decent once you get over the ugliness on the outside

Usyd was good. I missed the marketing mini-lecture because I couldn't find the Mereweather place. But by the end of the day I've almost decided to ditch commerce completely so I don't care, heh.

Urgh, even more confused than last year. I can't decide whether I should put Medicine, Med science, health science, law, psychology, bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of sci/arts, or teaching as my preferences. parental pressure not helping

But now, very tired.

But yeah, I completely ignored the uts open day. next UNSW, then after that macquarie... woo

Yeah, gosh, they look so cool :) But overall, pretty good day. I especially liked the mini-lectures on the Art courses and the Quadrangle was so great :D

I was late for the lecture at USYD so I went to UTS, I thought it was ok but my first choice is Macquarie anyway. Shame I didn't get a look at USYD though

Did you go to the overview of the arts majors, and if you did was it useful? (I missed it).

Yeah, I attended at one @ 10:30am and Stephen Garton, the Dean, was the one who 'lectured'. He basically gave an overview of the available art and combined undergraduate and postgraduate courses, the unit of studies available, the UAIs and how a general Arts degree should form the foundations for whatever you want to do. Wow, there was a lot of people for the International and Global Studies though! :)

trendy course with a sexy name so that's to be expected. the new BIGS does sound good though, much better than the old BIntSt. it also has the benefit of not forcing you to spend your entire life in merewether.
