Using pencils for diagrams??? (1 Viewer)

hey
just wondering if we can use pencil/pacers for our diagrams? (like for sciences and maths)
I've heard somewhere that the markers don't like this, so should we use pen?

if you go to the past hsc papers on the general instruction it says Draw Diagrams with pencil, go on the NESA website and see the title page of the HSC exam to clear any doubt on using pencils to draw diagrams.

I think if you're using pencil it has to be 2B

I used pencil last year, but I made sure to go over the initial diagram to make the lines darker (since it is being scanned so didn't want it to not show up completely on the scanner)

Yeah sure use pencil. They only say to use black pen because it's easy to scan but in reality you could write every HSC exam in pencil

if you do,
make sure you use a think pencil, would advise against pacers, as they generally don't tend to be thick enough
or go over in pen/pencil afterwards.
