extreme pro-white: whites only

affirmative action:

extreme anti-white: lower quality of white social environments to attempt to level playing field (utterly extreme view probably does not exist in an explicit form yet)

anti-white: preferences over whites

neutral/not neccessarily pro/anti white: no affirmative action/group advantages treat people like individuals (however this can be consequently anti white in some circumstances and harm whites considerably)

pro-white: white establishment status quo (mirror image of the anti white position)(harvard, yale, etc. practiced this in the early 20th century and it worked out well though that was more WASP establishment status quo rather than umbrella white)

extreme pro-white: active oppression of non-whites/systemic, widespread discrimination against non-whites (jim crow, apartheid)

and of course within the pro-white spectrum you could go for even further granularity (japanese option) and be pro-ethny rather than necessarily pro white (WASPS not wogs, italians not swedes, etc.)
