The Question:

Using business case studies and your own knowledge of the topic, and in a Report style:

Analyse how management theories apply to these businesses.
Explain and evaluate how change is managed in these businesses.
Where appropriate identify and justify alternative management strategies that might be used in these business.

NB Refer to at least 3 businesses.


The problem:
The heck?!? I cant find a case study that has information about change that was managed using a particular management theory. The case studies posted by Truly in her resources thread dont really help much (unless im mistaken).

The teacher has given us two case studies, Qantas and Powerlink. Does anyone know of a third one?

Go to google and research the company

EDIT: oh and... this business is also really good for the Globalisation topic you will do later on...

acutalli the easiest way ...is to go thru ur textbook and see which case studies are mentioned... and then go on the net and find their company website.. that usualli has stuff in it.. or u can ring them up for a student pack..... being mentioned in a textook is a good indication that there is a bit of resrouce on that particular biz..

It could be worth looking into Woolworth's. I've recently done an assignment on business management and change and I used Woolworth's for my case study.
