ok ive already got a few literary techniques for this quote but i need to know if there are any more??
She was moved by a kind of commiseration... a pity for that colourless existence [M.S1] which never uplifted its possessor beyond the region of blind contentment[M.S2] , in which no moment of anguish ever visited her soul, in which she would never have the taste [M.S3] of life's delirium.”
[M.S1]Forms a lexical chain with “blind”, “anguish” and “delirium.”
[M.S2]Personification.
[M.S3]Gustatory imagery.
