hey im still new to bos

im doing pyrmont as the case study for urban dynamics and was wondering if anyone had any notes or could possibly help me please?

Basically, a new development authorised by the NSW Planning Authority creating what is today called Harbourside and Star City. You could talk about how a growing desire for accessibilty and proximity for the city saw new demand in these areas - think shops, "cafe culture", malls, tourism, recreation etc. The construction of the Inner West Light Rail (which encircles Pyrmont) is good to mention too.
