I am doing ECON1001 and ECMT 1010 A this semester and I did really bad in the mid sem exams and hence wish to change to political economy units of study. I looked online and ECOP1001 is only offered in semester 1 and ECOP1003 and ECOP1004 are only offered in semester 2. I am pretty certain I will fail ECON1001 and ECMT1010 A this semester and hence no longer wish to continue doing ECON2001 and ECMT1010 B next semester. Can I do ECOP1003 and ECOP1004 in semester 2 without having done ECOP1001 and catching up later? Can I still continue on to ECON2001 and ECMT 10101 B if I fail ECON1001 and ECMT1010 A? Would it be better to change to political economy due to being shit at the mathematical concepts ?
