Not really abnormal for science/law. Sci has a lot of contact hours because you have lectures, tutes and labs. I do sci/law as well and I have a five day week. But Friday is a half day for me

It's normal to have a 4-5 day timetable yes, especially with your double degree.

And, Advanced Science if you want to do an honours. Other than that, not really.

Yo i had this same problem last year even tho i got in early...i accidentally dropped BABS1201 and then there were no slots but the 6-9 pm one. I had a huge panic attack and wrote a lovely essay to anne galea and begged her to change it back for me and then i called up biosciences as well and kept begging and the guy said "okay due to very special circumstances you've been pushed to number 1 on the waiting list and conveniently received a spot in the 2-5pm class on wednesday..i will never do this again."

So, yeah, persistence m8.

And babs labs are very compulsory. You miss 2 and you fail the whole course. And they're very content heavy. And hardly ever do you finish early.

Although, my best friend went to the 6-9pm lab and changed all her other classes that day to another day and only came for that lab. She'd drive up around 5-5:30 and drive back home after. :)

oh what the hell T_T LOOOOOOOL
well at least you accidentally dropped it
I was just trying to make my timetable so I at least finished at 6
then all the slots got filled
sigh.
I just have to put up with it for 13 weeks right omfg.
Hope sem 2 goes more smoothly
I have a very full day on my 6-9 lab
but I guess that makes up for thursday which I only have one, one hour class

sigh.... and if your guy is "never doing this again" I suppose there's no point in me calling LOL
