It's a good idea, but make a new thread without all the replies. It should be up to the photographers to link the pic's.

Eg: the Rex Vowells theatre. Who was the slob who thought of putting it tucked away where it is?
What's wrong with where it is now?

Just shove em all on imageshack, they seem fairly reliable and fast.

I have a bunch of pictures able to be used.

It took me about half an hour to find it earlier on in the year, as I didn't know how the hell to get through to there. I was going all sorts of places before I worked out exactly where it was. It's moronic!

The last two were some nice, rarely seen images from UNSW. I like all the pictures of the library and stuff, but there's already so many of them around.

that turned out really well!
did you enhance the parts of the pic where it has lights?
Nup it just turned out like that (F/22 and 20 second exposure). If you turn up gamma you can see a black splotch over in and around those lights where i cleaned up a dust mark in photoshop, I've since fixed that somewhat but haven't re-uploaded.

UNSW is like the typical Myspace user. Unless its photo is taken in the cloak of dark, its ugly blemishes are revealed.

It gives you a chance to do your work on a train...unless it's peak hour and you have to stand up.

These train conversations have taken over two threads. Which one will be next?

Well, just one picture from today. Some of you might recognise the Red Centre. It's not so much a picture of UNSW, just happens to be shot on campus, thats all.

But expect more to come later!

And a few more...

The Scientia looks a bit crooked to me, I've already rotated the photo though...

This was a hard shot, it was shot yesterday afternoon at sunset, and the sky shows blown highlights...

I've been told it was used with a crane (that came out of the door) to lift mainframes to the top level where they're run, cause obviously they don't fit in the stairs/lifts, probably especially the first mainframes they installed.

Though I don't know what they would use it for nowdays.
